I caught this 22# fish actually slow-trolling a yellow and red homemade jig in a narrow and shallow strip of water connecting two small lagoons, in the pouring rain. I never thought anyone would catch a Peacock trolling a jig, but we did. I've since used this method all over the world and caught numerous species this way.
