Made by Salmo designers in considerable cooperation with excellent Dutch anglers, the Slider cannot be rejected by anyone who thinks seriously about catching large predators. During the first week of testing this lure in the Swedish skerries, ten anglers caught approximately 1500 predators from 2 to 10kg. Slider is available in one size and two versions - floating and slow sinking.

Slider is a dream lure for anglers who love to fish actively for predators. It permits fishing large areas of water fast, pleasantly and effectively. It works well between depths of 0,5 (floating version) and 4 meters.

Typical fishing with Slider consists in classical jerking. Standing in a boat, we make a series of jerks, in the same time we retrieve the line fast. The jerks should be energetic and fast. First casts with this lure should be made on a shallow, clear water in order to find out the optimal frequency and strength of jerks. Slider turns energeticly side to side, at a right angle in relation to the direction of the line retrieve. It is extremely important to keep the line tight and avoid any slack after each jerk. It is very difficult to set the hook if the line is loose. Apart from that, on the loose [me Slider is able to turn back to the direction opposite to an angler and to catch the leader with a treble hook.

Slider is also an excellent lure for shallow trolling. Let the lure stay 10-30 meters behind the boat and then, keeping your rod in hand, jerk the lure every couple of seconds.

It is produced in one version, 12 centimeters, in 6 colors and two models: sinking and floating.
