In
2004 Rapala will introduce a new revolutionary type of
line: the Titanium Armored Spectra, a major forward step
in the fishing line technology.
High
quality Spectra braid has been altered to bind to a
specially formulated resin matrix that is reinforced
with microscopic particles of titanium alloy. The
result is a line that truly outperforms all other
"superline" on the market.
Great
castability, virtually elimited rod tip wrapping, high
improved knot strength (up to 12% over competitive
braid lines) and abrasion resistance are all positive
benefits of this marriage.
Rapala
Titanium Spectra is produce in 13 different sizes from
0.078 that broke at 3.7 kilograms to 0.711 that broke
at 96.7 kilograms. It is sold in spool of 130 meters.
